Cal Giral 2 is in Balç Street, one of the quietest corners of the town. The environment is spectacular, with the cliffs of Siurana in front and the Montsant mountain behind.
The house consists of three floors restored and designed to make your stay as cozy as possible. The house has a capacity for 14 – 16 people.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an adjoining living room. There is also a small patio that connects to a garden with barbecue, ideal for eating and relaxing. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, and a living room (Wi-Fi zone).
On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, all doubles with bathroom.
And in the attic, how could it be otherwise, the suite. The suite is a very spacious double room with a private bathroom, which also has a living room with sofa bed.

Conditions and services
- Fully equipped house. It can be rented whole or for rooms
- The price of the double room includes breakfast and the right to use the kitchen. If the whole house is rented, there is no breakfast service.
- Check in from 16:00 h.
- Check out: until 10:30 h. If there is no guest on the same day who has booked the same accommodation, check-out can be extended until after lunch. (consult)
- All our accommodation has Wi-Fi internet connection. Ask us for the password at check in.
- We take care of the environment: we recycle rubbish, use 100% cotton bed linen and offer natural and ecological amenities. In addition, we heat the water with solar panels.
- We have a daily cleaning service.
- Bed linen and towels are changed every 3/4 days, unless requested in advance.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Upon acceptance of the reservation, 25% of the price of the stay must be paid in advance by bank transfer. The rest of the amount will be paid in cash on the day of entry into the house.
- In case of wanting to cancel the reservation, regarding the return of the advance, we apply the valid rule (Law 9/2011, of 29 December):
Cancellation of the reservation made by the user within 10 days prior to the date of arrival gives rise to the following penalties, unless otherwise agreed:
- a) Booking for 2 or less days: Penalty of 50% of the total price of the stay.
- b) Reservation for more than 2 days and up to 7 days: Penalty of 35% of the total price of the stay.
- c) Reservation for more than 7 days: Penalty of 25% of the total price of the stay.
You have the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without any penalty, as long as it is made before 10 before the date of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
